L 'art. 161. February 27, 2009 amended by Law No 14 conversion, with amendments, Decree-Law No 207 of 30 December 2008 states:
Failure or inappropriate information to the interested: The violation of the provisions of Article 13 (Concerning the duty of good privacy policy) shall be punished with an administrative sanction for payment of a sum thirty-six thousand to six thousand € €.
The rule passed relatively quietly is particularly vexatious.
