Today, after the usual problems of bouncing between the various offices of the municipality of Milan, I had confirmation by the Department for Theatre and Dance Kathèuda. Everybody knows from the start that things can be done, but the bureaucracy also provides the added complication of the simplest things, sometimes the blame on others in case of problems. Fortunately, I was followed by a deft and gentle Mr. Callegari who helped me in managing the Department of trouble (his string of sueriori) and occupation of public property (other than me messing office there).
